Soil Stabilization

Strengthen and solidify weak or eroding soil beneath your structures to prevent future settling and foundation damage.
Foundation & Ground Stabilization

Build on Solid Ground, Literally

Florida’s soil conditions present unique challenges for property owners. Sandy, loose, and organically rich soils combined with a high water table create an environment where settling, shifting, and erosion are constant threats. When the ground beneath your structure weakens, the consequences can be severe — cracked foundations, uneven floors, sticking doors and windows, and in extreme cases, structural failure.

Soil stabilization through polyurethane injection addresses the root cause of these problems by permeating, binding, and solidifying weak soils in place. Rather than simply patching the symptoms, we strengthen the very ground your property sits on.

When Is Soil Stabilization Needed?

How Polyurethane Soil Stabilization Works

Our team injects specialized polyurethane resins deep into the problematic soil zone through small injection tubes. The resin permeates the soil matrix, binding loose particles together and expanding to fill voids. As it cures — typically within minutes — it creates a stable, load-bearing mass that effectively transforms weak soil into a solid support structure.

Different applications require different resin types and injection strategies. We use a range of products from hydrophobic foams (that displace water) to permeation resins (that soak into and bind sandy soils) to expansive structural foams (that fill large voids and compact surrounding soil). Every project gets a custom-engineered solution.

Why Choose Polyurethane Over Traditional Methods?

Traditional soil stabilization methods like compaction grouting, chemical injection with cement, or piering can be expensive, time-consuming, and highly invasive. Polyurethane injection offers a modern alternative that is faster, lighter, less disruptive, and in many cases more effective because the foam can reach and fill areas that traditional methods cannot access.
